- Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
- You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
- Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.
- Securely attach your return label to the package.
- Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
- If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Velocity Fishing products as we are. If we somehow messed up, or if there’s a warranty issue, we offer free returns for a refund or exchange. If you’re returning for any other reason, we ask that you pay the shipping back to us.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through customer service (Contact Us) and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Velocity Fishing product.
