Warranty

All Velocity Fishing International rods and reels are backed by BOTH a 1 Year Limited Warranty or a 2 Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in all materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

Limited 1 Year Warranty:
If the rod fails during the first year warranty period, simply return it prepaid and insured with DATED proof of purchase and a check or money order to cover return postage and handling in the amount of $10.00. 

Limited 2 Year Warranty:
Velocity Fishing International warranties the material and workmanship for the life of the original owner unless otherwise stated under individual state law. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the rod. When returning the rod please include a description of what has failed or gone wrong with the rod as well as a return address and daytime contact telephone number prepaid and insured, with a check or money order payable to Velocity Fishing International in the amount of $19.99 in U.S. funds to cover shipping and handling. NOTE: If you are located outside of the U.S.A. actual shipping charges will be assessed. Velocity Fishing International reserves the right to determine whether the rod is repaired or replaced. Upon inspecting the rod if it is determined that the rod was misused or otherwise damaged or altered in any way outside of normal use the customer will be contacted and advised of a replacement cost before we proceed any further. Velocity Fishing International will process all claims in no more then 5 business days from time of receipt. Customer satisfaction is our TOP priority!
